A special general meeting will be held on the 12th February at Entrance Leagues club 6:30pm to decide on the merger of the Entrance Juniors rugby leagues club with the Entrance leagues club.
Currently the juniors are their own entity that runs under its own constitution and control.

The proposal is for the Entrance junior rugby league club to be dissolved and to be brought into and under the Entrance leagues club control and constitution where the juniors will run as a sub club guided by bylaws within the leagues club constitution.

Attached is the proposed bylaws and extract of the entrance leagues club constitution relevant to the merger.

All members are welcome and encouraged to attend and vote yes or no to the merger
