Special General meeting to be held to decide on two motions that have been put forward by the committee which if successful will result in a change within the constitution  


a) Motion 1 – Adding a new role to the committee. Social Media/ Events Coordinator. Role description attached
b) Motion 2 – Reword Life member criteria in the constitution. Proposed re-wording in Constitution attached.   Refer to section 8.3 Criteria
